Bumbleberries Light Grey BBS3

This grey is such a versatile basic—I love how the 100% cotton feels crisp yet soft. I used it for a quilt backing and the color is exactly as shown. Just keep in mind it comes in one-yard pieces, not continuous.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth this cotton feels straight off the bolt—it's soft yet has a nice weight for quilting. The light grey shade is a perfect neutral that blends well with brighter prints. Just note it comes in one-yard cuts, so order accordingly if you need more.

The grey is a nice neutral that doesn't pull blue or yellow, which is exactly what I needed for a quilt backing. Cutting in one-yard increments worked fine since I ordered four yards and just pieced them. Cotton feels crisp but softens up after a wash.
