The merlot colorway is rich without being overpowering, and the tone-on-tone canvas texture gives it a subtle depth that photographs beautifully. I’ve already used it for a quilt backing and the drape feels sturdy yet easy to needle.

The tone-on-tone canvas pattern adds just enough texture without overpowering the rich merlot shade, and the fabric feels sturdy for quilting without being stiff. I’ve already cut into it for a throw pillow and the weave stays crisp through the needle.

The merlot color is rich and even, and that tonal canvas pattern gives it a nice texture without being loud. Cuts cleanly and held up fine through pre-wash for my quilt backing.
