Dry Brush Amethyst 89205-606

I was pleasantly surprised by how soft this fabric feels straight out of the package, and it pressed up beautifully for my quilt blocks. The color is a deep, true amethyst that works perfectly with my other prints.

The amethyst color is so rich in person, and the fabric has a nice, smooth texture for quilting. It pressed up perfectly flat with no stretching issues. I'm happy with the yardage for a small project.

I needed a stable, medium-weight cotton for a quilt backing and this yardage has a nice, even weave that sewed up without puckering. The deep amethyst reads as a true purple under my daylight bulbs.
