Friday Fiesta Place Mats Pattern 179

I love how this pattern makes using charm squares so straightforward—the quilt-as-you-go method really saves time. The finished 13x18 size is perfect for my table, and four place mats came together in one weekend.

Using charm squares for these placemats was so much easier than I expected, and the 13" x 18" size fits my table perfectly. The quilt-as-you-go method really saved me time, and I finished all four mats in one weekend.

I was intimidated by quilt-as-you-go until I tried this pattern—the charm square instructions made it so clear. My four place mats came out exactly 13x18 and look fantastic. The method saved me so much time, and I’m already planning another set as gifts.
