Nitty Gritty Slate A1434C

I was a little nervous that the slate color would be too dark, but it's actually a gorgeous, versatile neutral that will work for so many projects. The 100% cotton has a nice, crisp hand without being stiff.

The print is tiny and subtle enough that it doesn't overwhelm a quilt top, and the fabric feels nice and crisp without being stiff. Cut exactly to the yard as described, so no surprises there.

I was drawn to the slate color for a quilting project, and the weight of this 100% cotton is perfect—it holds a crease beautifully without being too stiff. I ordered a single yard and was pleased with how straight the cut was.
