Strip O'Hoy Pattern 130

This pattern makes it so easy to chain piece those 2-1/2" strips, and I love how the O's suddenly appear once you join the blocks. My first quilt top came together in just one weekend.

I’m a sucker for patterns that only use 2-1/2" strips, and this one is so straightforward I had the first block pieced in under an hour. The three size options in the instructions are a nice bonus if you want to go bigger later.

The secondary pattern really comes alive once you pair the blocks together, and the 2-1/2" strip requirement made cutting a breeze with my stash. The instructions for the three size options are clear enough that I didn’t second-guess a single seam, which is rare for me.
