Surface Design Teal 8278-11

This teal has a lovely depth to it, not a flat color at all. I'm using it for a quilt backing and it feels sturdy yet soft. The yard cut was exactly as ordered.

I was worried the teal might be too bright, but it's a deep, sophisticated shade that photographs beautifully. The fabric has a nice, tight weave that feels sturdy without being stiff. Ordered two yards for a reupholstery project and the pattern matched up perfectly.

The pattern is so crisp and modern, it instantly lifted my sewing project. I ordered a single yard and the cut was clean and true to size, which made quilting a breeze. This teal is going to be my go-to for a while.
