Grunge Gris - 3 YARD - 30150-278

I've bought a lot of gray fabric that turned out too blue or too green, but this one is a true neutral. The tone-on-tone print has just enough subtle texture to keep it from looking flat, and the cotton presses beautifully for quilting. Three continuous yards meant no piecing for my backing.

The three yard cut was exactly what I needed for a quilt backing, so no piecing required. The tone-on-tone gray has a nice subtle texture to it, and the cotton feels sturdy without being stiff.

The gray is that perfect neutral that doesn't fight with anything else in my stash. I've already cut into it for a quilt backing and the weave is tight enough that it barely frayed. Three yards was exactly enough with a little left over.
