Seedling Redwood SDL20121

The fabric feels beautifully soft and has just the right weight for a quilting project. I was happy to find this redwood print works perfectly with my neutral stash, and the 1-yard cut was generous. It pressed up nicely without any fraying issues.

The color saturation on this redwood print is exactly what I was hoping for, and the cotton has a nice, smooth hand feel. I ordered a yard for a quilt backing and the cut was true to size, even if it did arrive as a single fat-ish strip rather than a continuous piece.

This redwood print has a lovely depth of color that really pops once it's washed and ironed. I used it for a quilt backing and the 100% cotton handled the piecing beautifully.
