3 Sisters Solids Ebony 44019-56

Ordered a yard and a half for my quilt backing and the ebony is a deep, true black with no dullness. Being a solid it plays perfectly with patterned pieces, and the per-yard cutting was precise.

I bought three yards to use as sashing between my scrappy quilt blocks, and the color is a true deep black with no weird blue or green tint. It's a solid quilting cotton that presses flat and doesn't fray much when you cut it, which matters when you're piecing a lot of narrow strips.
