I’ve made three of these now and love how the 2-1/2" strips come together so cleanly. The pattern for the queen size was clear and easy to follow, even with the specialty ruler step. Really satisfying results for a weekend project.

The instructions for the Hexagon Trim ruler are laid out so well that I had my first block pieced in under an hour. Getting six size options in one pattern feels like a great deal, especially for someone who loves using up 2-1/2" strips.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly the pattern explains the specialty ruler needed—it makes the whole process feel much less intimidating. The crib size came together in just a couple of afternoons, which is exactly what I needed for my first quilt project.
