The video class is what sold me — watching Gudrun demonstrate the quilt-as-you-go method step by step made the whole process so much clearer than just reading instructions. I’ve already made two runners and the finished size is perfect for my dining table.

Finished mine in a weekend and the finished runner is exactly 13-1/2 by 48 inches, just like the spec said. The quilt-as-you-go method clicked for me once I watched the video twice, and having the PDF to mark up while sewing was a real time-saver.

The quilt-as-you-go method finally clicked for me after watching Gudrun's video once—her pacing is so clear that even my wobbly seams came out straight. The pattern's 13-1/2" x 48" size fits my dining table perfectly, and I've already started a second one in fall colors.
