Canvas Ebony - 3 YARD - 9030 99

The three yards came in one clean, continuous piece with no frayed edges, and the ebony shade is deep enough that it reads almost black until the light hits it. I’ve already used it for a tote bag and the 100% cotton weave is sturdy without being stiff, which made sewing straightforward.

After washing, this ebony canvas held its deep black color perfectly with almost no shrinkage. The fabric has a nice, sturdy hand that feels substantial yet isn't too stiff for garment sewing.

This three yard cut was exactly what I needed for backing a throw quilt, and the 100% cotton canvas has a nice sturdy weight without being stiff. The cut arrived continuous and square, so no piecing was needed.
