Golden Hour 半碼布組

I was worried about the scale of the prints being too busy, but the mix of soft flora and warm tones actually coordinates perfectly for a quilt. The half-yard cuts are generous enough for fussy-cutting the larger blooms for a centerpiece. Already plotting my next project with the remaining pieces.

The golden tones in these florals are even richer in person, and cutting into the twelve half-yard pieces feels like opening a little treasure box. The fabric’s weight is just right for quilting without being flimsy, and I’ve already sketched out three projects from this single bundle.

The mix of twelve half-yard pieces gives me plenty to work with for quilting, and the warm golden tones in the soft flora patterns feel just like a late summer evening. Cutting into them, the fabric has a nice, smooth hand that presses easily without slipping around.
