Soft Place to Land 108吋 Auburn 3碼

Brushed flannel backing really softens up the quilt top, and the 108-inch width saved me from piecing any backing strips. The tonal mottling is subtle enough to let my patchwork be the star, but adds a nice cozy texture.

This is my second quilt backing in this flannel and the soft brushed hand is exactly what I hoped for. The tonal mottling makes the color look almost alive when the light hits it, and it pre-washed without any shrinkage issues.

The mottled texture really does add that gentle movement they describe, and it feels wonderfully soft against my hands. I used it for a baby quilt backing, and the 108-inch width meant I didn't have to piece anything together.
